Professionalism and Respect

 These are some very basic but important components that any customer service representative should have for their customers. I won't go into depth, but the way I measure on this, and the reason it is listed as the last criteria is because I use this as an overall perspective for the service received. Once I nit pick and go over all items of measurement, I step back and take a look at the big picture.
