This is not referring to attractive stereotypical model types. I am referring to attractiveness in the truest sense of the word.

From the dictionary entry in "Merriam-Webster's Online Dictionary"

Attractive

Main Entry: at·trac·tive
Pronunciation: \ə-ˈtrak-tiv\
Function: adjective
Date: 14th century
1 : having or relating to the power to attract
2 a : arousing interest or pleasure : charming b : appealing
— at·trac·tive·ly adverb
— at·trac·tive·ness noun

In other words, how to be attractive to your customers. This can depend on the type of customer you are focusing on, or your target market. I like to stick to the basics. Is the place clean (as long as it is not theme based on a garbage dump, this will apply to most)? Has the service provider representatives dressed appropriately and attractively? Is the environment inviting attracting your customer to be there? There are many other ways that attractiveness can play a roll. This is relational to presentation. The presentation of you, your associates, your cause, your message, your professionalism, or your business can completely effect the attractiveness of the overall experience.
